Final League Leaders for the NL in the 1968 season. Pete Rose narrowly edged his Cincinnati teammate Tommy Helms for the NL Batting Title. Besides finishing a surprising 3rd in the Batting Average category, Pittsburgh's Maury Wills was the top base stealer in the NL. SF's Willie McCovey easily won the Homerun Crown and Chicago's Ron Santo edged McCovey for the RBI Title. Santo's Cub teammate Fergie Jenkins had the most Wins and Strikeouts this season in the NL. Atlanta Brave pitcher Pat Jarvis posted the lowest ERA.
